LASTING GOLF

Golf-specific training for golfers 45 and up

Keep your body from becoming the reason you play less golf.

Lasting Golf is a membership that tells you what to do before a round, between rounds, and after one. Most sessions run 10 to 18 minutes. Answer 14 questions and we'll build your plan.

A golfer in his early sixties mid-turn on a late-afternoon tee box.

If your golf sounds like this, you're who we built it for.

  • You're gassed by 14 and the card shows it.
  • As soon as you make the turn, you're pure arms.
  • Your backswing feels shorter than it did five years ago.
  • You need a day or two before you feel right again.
  • You've lost the top gear off the tee.
  • You'd play Saturday and Sunday if your body let you.

None of that means something is wrong with you. It usually means your body is doing a job it hasn't been trained for.

What's actually going on

Getting loose and staying capable are different jobs

Stretching before a round makes you looser for a while. That's real, and it helps. It's also temporary by design.

A round asks for something else on top of that. Four or five hours on your feet. A few miles of walking. Eighty-odd swings that each ask for a full turn. That's a capacity question, not a looseness question.

So the golfer who only stretches has covered the first hour well and left the last two hours uncovered. The warm-up didn't fail. It was never built to do that job.

Recovery is a third job again. What you do in the hours after a round has a lot to do with whether tomorrow is a golf day or a couch day.

They're a warm-up, not a plan

Stretching gets you loose for the first few holes. Nothing in it is built to still be working on 15.

There's no order and no next step

A folder of saved videos gives you choices. It doesn't tell you what today's job is or what changes next week.

Nothing is built around your golf

Your body doesn't need the same thing the day before a round, the morning after one, and on a week you don't play at all.

The round lifecycle

Prepare, build, recover. Then do it again with better information.

Five jobs, and the membership covers all of them. Most golfers are only doing the first one.

01

Prepare

Before the round

A First Tee warm-up you can do in the car park with a club. Five, ten or twenty minutes, depending on how early you got there.

02

Build

Between rounds

Short progressive sessions, usually 10 to 18 minutes, that build the turn and the leg strength your round keeps asking for.

03

Reset

During the round

A Turn Reset that takes about a minute. Standing up, no floor work, nothing anyone in your group would notice.

04

Recover

After the round

A post-round downshift and a next-morning routine, so the day after a round isn't automatically a write-off.

05

Adjust

Next block

You log how the round went. The next block of work changes based on what you tell it, not on a fixed calendar.

The 14-Day Two-Round Reset

Start with two rounds and 14 days

Your membership starts with the 14-Day Two-Round Reset. Fourteen days is long enough to play two real rounds, so you can compare them instead of guessing.

It's the on-ramp, not the whole product. When the 14 days are done, the next block starts, built around what you logged.

  • Day-by-day sessions in the length you told us you'd actually do
  • A First Tee warm-up for both rounds
  • The Turn Reset to use on the course
  • Post-round and next-morning recovery
  • A round check-in after each of the two rounds

What the membership gives you

It's a mobile app. Open it, do the one thing it recommends, close it.

A Today screen

One recommended action when you open the app. Not a library to shop through.

A weekly plan that progresses

Short sessions, generally 10 to 18 minutes, that get harder as you get more capable.

Round Mode

First Tee warm-up, an on-course Turn Reset, and a post-round downshift.

Recovery paths

Post-round and next-morning sessions for when tomorrow is supposed to be a golf day.

A new block after the first 14 days

The Reset is the start. After it, you get the next progressive block rather than the same fortnight again.

Progress and round check-ins

Log how the front nine and back nine felt, and how long recovery took. That's what shapes the next block.

Membership

One price. Everything above.

You're not paying every month for stretches. Free ones are everywhere. You're paying for the part that's hard to do on your own.

  • Today's decision, already made for you
  • A plan that keeps progressing instead of repeating
  • Work that moves around your actual tee times
  • Recovery choices for the days after a round
  • The next block when this one is done
  • Round check-ins that change what comes next

The 30-day Two-Round Promise

Do the work we recommend and log two rounds. If the membership doesn't feel useful in your first 30 days, we'll refund your first payment.

It's a satisfaction guarantee. It isn't a promise about pain, distance or scores.

What the assessment gives you

It's 14 questions, about three minutes, and no email needed to see the result.

Your experience profile

A plain-English name for the pattern you described. It's not a diagnosis and it isn't scored out of 100.

Your answers, read back

You'll see exactly which answers shaped the plan, so you can tell whether we listened.

Your first three sessions

Built around your next tee time, the time you'll really give it, and the equipment you have.

Common questions

No. Stretching is one small part of it. The membership organises the whole round: what to do before you play, the short progressive work between rounds, a reset you can use on the course, and how to recover for the next tee time.
